Mahalo for purchasing with Got Gifts. We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your order. 

For damaged and defective items please return the item within 7 days of receiving your original order for a replacement item to be reshipped, if available. Please include invoice with item/s circled that are damaged or incorrect.

Upon return the returns department will inspect your merchandise to confirm that the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item. Please Note which item is incorrect or damaged on the invoice, and we will send out a replacement within 21 days of started return. If item is not available for exchange or replacement we will issue a store credit for that amount.
